About KH
Kababayan Homes is my real estate brand in Cebu.
I’m Sim Gamboa, a recent BS Real Estate Management (BSREM) graduate and marketing assistant to Princess Ramas, a licensed Real Estate Broker with Filipino Homes in Cebu City.
Before real estate, I spent time in San Francisco, CA as a software engineer, after completing BSECE, BSCS, and MSCS. I plan to take the broker licensure examination in April 2027.
What drives me is helping Filipinos move forward—building new capabilities and creating meaningful work so more of us can serve the world while building better lives here at home.
